Las Vegas, NV— Married victims Tanisha Finley, 43, and Rodney Finley, 44, were shot to death late in the evening on Sunday, June 8, 2025 near the Bellagio fountains. The alleged assailant was rival YouTube livesteamer Manuel D. Ruiz who goes by the moniker of “SinCity-MannyWise”. He had an ongoing feud with victim Rodney Finley “Finny Da Legend” and his wife Tanisha “Bubbly”. It appears that the shooting was unprovoked and that Ruiz attacked the victims shortly after surprising them with his presence. The shooting was captured on the victim’s YouTube livestream.
Manuel Ruiz is facing two counts of murder and remains in custody without bail.
