The Rules

Depending on where you perform in Las Vegas, there are different rules/ordinances to worry about. The world-famous Las Vegas Strip is in Clark County, Nevada and has different ordinances than Fremont Street aka “downtown” or “old Vegas”. Fremont Street has a registration system and is governed by the City of Las Vegas and Fremont Street Experience LLC

UPDATE January 2024: It is now illegal to stop and/or perform on a bridge. The “pedestrian flow zone” ordinance went into effect in mid January. Read more…
