At the Tuesday, April 19, 2022 Clark County Board of County Commissioners meeting, a new ordinance was introduced. This ordinance to designate pedestrian bridges as “crosswalks” would effectively make street performing on a bridge a misdemeanor offense. Brandon Summers (myself), sole proprietor of BuskLV, had a few things on his mind.
