In the past, some performers have strapped tip jars [and amps] to their waist to keep all their belongs off the ground; but overall this ordinance has the potential to effectively eliminate busking on the bridge.

  1. that will affect the water sellers and the homeless pan handlers – I never performed on the bridges but I can see how it will affect musicians
