The last time I pulled out my violin and played a tune on the Las Vegas Strip was June 2021. Given all the legal troubles I’ve had with the police, it just didn’t feel like a safe or fun environment to be. However, I always wondered how Strip buskers were faring with COVID-19 restrictions lifted and the return of tourists. To my pleasant surprise, street performers haven’t gone anywhere and there was no shortage of them. Sunday, March 6 was a bit overcast and chilly, but made for great weather to take a walk and get a feel for who and what was out there.
